How much is S&H?

S&H is based on weight of your package, and the zip code it is going to. To find the cost of shipping to your address, do the following:

  • Select the items you want into the shopping cart,
  • Enter your zip code into the box under the shopping cart
  • Press the "Re-Calculate Shipping" button. Shipping estimate will show up.

 A package with the same exact weight, can actually have different cost to ship based on where it needs to go. Every pound the rate changes.

REMEMBER, we can not send UPS to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

What is the Minimum order?

There is no minimum order. As long as your willing to pay the shipping charge, we are willing to send it.

How do you ship?

UPS, and USPS only.

How long does it take to get to me?

That depends where you live. See the TimeMap.

After my order has been placed, how soon will it ship out?

95% of the time, it will go out within 48 hours. If we are backed up, or out of stock of an item, your order may delayed a few extra days.

If I am local, can I come pick it up?

No. We are in a gated warehouse community, not a public retail shop.

Is ordering over the internet safe?

Yes. All your ordering info is submitted through a secure line (your computer should even tell you that, when you click on the checkout link). Nobody can get access to your information, other than us. Visa/MC regulations require us to be hacker safe in order to accept credit card payments over the internet. They do check our site every month.

I want to mail in my payment, can I do that?

No.

Due to the recent economic times, we have reduced our staff, and do not have dedicated operators for the phone. Submit an email on the contact us form and we will get back to you.

What is your warranty on Arcade Machines?
New machines are factory warrantied. Normally 30-90 days depending on the machine.
